Taj Lee is a senior insolvency accountant in the insolvency and restructuring team at FFP. He has over four years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency engagements.
Prior to joining FFP Cayman, Taj was a Senior Business Advisor at a big four accounting firm where he was a member of restructuring team. During this time, he managed and maintained numerous cross-border restructuring and insolvency engagements where he gained experience in the hotel industry, insurance, and property management. He worked closely with voluntary, and court appointed official liquidators, receivers, trustees, and judicial managers across the Caribbean territories such as St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia, Montserrat, and Barbados. He also served on cross-border teams based in the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, and the UK in engagements with assets and/or operations, as well as ongoing litigations in the United Kingdom.
Taj has assisted with the asset management and realisation, remittance of asset proceeds to global creditors, and provided updates to regional courts and governments.
Taj is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) of Canada and graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Economics and Accounting.
