Karen who originates from Guernsey has been in the trust industry for over 35 years, commencing her career with Rothschilds Trust Guernsey.
Relocating to Dubai in 1994, she spent 10 years with Merrill Lynch Trust, and the last 17 years with Credit Suisse Trust heading the Trust and Estate Advisory unit based in the Dubai International Financial Centre. She has significant experience structuring tailored solutions for HNW and UHNW individuals and families from the GCC and sub-continent.
In 2022 she was part of the project management team assisting with the wind down and transfer of Credit Suisse Trust’s global trust business to The Bank of N T Butterfield & Son and Gasser Partner Trust.
Karen holds an MBA for Wealth Managers, Fiduciaries and Trustees from Manchester Business School, is TEP qualified, and is Branch Secretary for STEP Arabia Executive Committee.
