Hazel O’Brien specializes in provision of corporate governance, fund administration and regulatory services, includ- ing Automatic Exchange of Information, Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance, to client entities, partner- ships, and trusts.
Hazel has worked for over 15 years in financial services and is experienced in supporting clients of all types with their corporate governance and regulatory obligations. Prior to joining FFP, Hazel headed up the client regulatory services at Intertrust Group Cayman. Hazel has worked as a service line manager with Harneys Fiduciary (Cayman) Limited, an independent provider of specialized corporate, trust and fiduciary services and MUFG Alternative Service (Cay- man) Limited (formerly UBS Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd.), where she oversaw various fund administration and client regulatory service lines.
Hazel is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (ACCA) and has a Business Degree (concentra- tion in Marketing) from University College Dublin, Ireland.
