Kyle Ashford is a manager with over ten years’ insolvency experience including cross-border disputes, asset-tracing, complex litigation and sales of distressed businesses involving stakeholders and assets located around the world.
Kyle recently joined FFP (BVI) Limited and has gained experience dealing with insolvent and solvent liquidations of a variety of companies including PE funds and mutual funds registered in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Delaware and Nevis.
Prior to joining FFP, Kyle worked in central London for a top ten accountancy firm, dealing with large investigative and high asset value cases. In particular, this included dealing with the trading administration and distressed sale of a well-known Savile Row tailor and the insolvent wind-down of a company with hundreds of creditors across Europe.
Kyle started his career with the United Kingdom’s 7th largest accountancy firm, where he gained onshore experience in corporate and personal insolvency; specialising in liquidations, administrations, voluntary arrangements, bankruptcies and Law of Property Act receiverships.
Kyle then joined a newly established boutique firm in England, where his role focused on investigative and contentious liquidations, as well as fixed charge and Law of Property Act receiverships for a major private equity funder.
Kyle is a UK JIEB qualified Insolvency Practitioner and a member of the Recovery & Insolvency Specialists Association in the British Virgin Islands. He also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency.
