Jasmine Brown provides a broad range of e-discovery and forensic investigation services to FFP’s client base, notably in regard to contentious and complex corporate and trust matters.
Jasmine, who joined FFP in 2017, also provides advice and assistance on matters that require independent governance and dispute resolution.
She is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales (2013) and a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand (2005). Jasmine came to FFP, having spent over two years as a key member of the successful defence team working on AHAB v SICL, which was described as the most significant fraud trial ever to be heard in the Cayman Islands in terms of value and length.
Jasmine has over 10 years’ litigation, investigation and e-discovery experience at private law firms in the Cayman Islands, London and New Zealand. She also volunteers as an Executive Member of the Board of the Alex Panton Foundation, a registered non-for-profit organisation, that aims to improve the mental health of children and young adults in the Cayman Islands.
