Guy Campbell is an investment management professional, with over six years’ experience in investment advisory and portfolio management.
Joining the FFP team in early 2020, Guy’s experience and focus on alternative investments leaves him well-placed to provide advice to clients in open and closed ended structures across a number of asset classes and investment strategies, specifically those seeking Cayman Economic Substance solutions, outsourced investment management services, replacement manager or GP, and selling or re-housing illiquid and hard to trade assets.
Previously, Guy was part of Evercore’s Private Funds Group in London, where he worked in the project management team. There, he focused on origination, due diligence, and execution of fundraises for third-party managers across a number of strategies, including global infrastructure, global regional aircraft leasing, European commercial real estate debt and UK regional lower mid-market buyout.
Prior to Evercore, he was at Goldman Sachs, working in the Alternative Investments & Manager Selection Group, where he helped manage the hedge fund portfolios of the bank’s ultra-high net worth clients across all strategy types. In addition, he worked as a Financial Analyst in Goldman’s Private Wealth Management group offering investment support to a book of ultra-high net worth clients with managed assets in excess of US$2 billion. Guy served in the British Army for four years, commissioning from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst into The Royal Dragoon Guards in 2011.
